Candida Overgrowth: Symptoms, Types, Causes, and Cleanse Diet for Treatment

Candida is a type of yeast that naturally resides in the human body, primarily in the gut, mouth, and genital area. Normally, it is harmless and beneficial, aiding in digestion and nutrient absorption. However, when there is an overgrowth of candida, it can lead to several health problems.

In this article, we’ll discuss the symptoms, types, causes, and treatment of candida overgrowth, including a cleanse diet.

Symptoms of Candida Overgrowth

Candida overgrowth can manifest in various ways, including:

  • Fatigue
  • Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
  • Digestive issues, such as bloating, gas, or constipation
  • Skin rashes or itching
  • Recurring vaginal or urinary tract infections
  • Oral thrush
  • Joint pain or stiffness
  • Depression or anxiety
  • Sugar cravings
  • Weakened immune system

Types of Candida-Related Diseases

Candida overgrowth can lead to several types of diseases, including:

  1. Candidiasis: This is a fungal infection caused by candida overgrowth, commonly affecting the mouth, throat, skin, or genital area.
  2. Candida Esophagitis: This is a candida infection that affects the esophagus, the tube that connects the mouth to the stomach.
  3. Systemic Candidiasis: This is a severe form of candida infection that affects the bloodstream and organs, such as the liver and kidneys.
  4. Invasive Candidiasis: This is a potentially life-threatening infection that occurs when candida enters the bloodstream and spreads throughout the body.

Causes of Candida Overgrowth

Candida overgrowth can be caused by several factors, including:

  • Antibiotic use: Antibiotics can kill beneficial bacteria in the gut, allowing candida to overgrow.
  • Diet: A diet high in sugar and refined carbohydrates can feed candida, leading to overgrowth.
  • Immune system disorders: A weakened immune system can make the body more susceptible to candida overgrowth.
  • Hormonal imbalances: Hormonal changes during pregnancy or menopause can increase the risk of candida overgrowth.
  • Stress: Chronic stress can weaken the immune system, making the body more susceptible to candida overgrowth.

Cleanse Diet for Candida Treatment

A cleanse diet can be an effective way to treat candida overgrowth. This diet involves eliminating foods that can feed candida, such as sugar, refined carbohydrates, and alcohol, and focusing on foods that support gut health, such as probiotics, fiber, and healthy fats. Here are some foods to include in a candida cleanse diet:

  • Probiotic-rich foods, such as yogurt, kefir, and sauerkraut
  • Fiber-rich foods, such as vegetables, fruits, and whole grains
  • Healthy fats, such as avocados, nuts, and seeds
  • Anti-inflammatory foods, such as turmeric, ginger, and omega-3 fatty acids

In addition to dietary changes, other treatments for candida overgrowth include antifungal medications, probiotics, and supplements to support gut health.

Candida overgrowth can lead to several health problems, including candidiasis, candida esophagitis, systemic candidiasis, and invasive candidiasis. Symptoms of candida overgrowth include fatigue, brain fog, digestive issues, skin rashes, and sugar cravings. Causes of candida overgrowth include antibiotic use, diet, immune system disorders, hormonal imbalances, and stress. A cleanse diet can be an effective way to treat candida over overgrowth by eliminating foods that feed candida and focusing on foods that support gut health. Along with dietary changes, antifungal medications, probiotics, and supplements to support gut health can also help in treating candida overgrowth.

Candida is the fungus among us and within us. We naturally have a certain amount that we need to absorb our nutrients but most people have an overgrowth of Candida and are experiencing many of these symptoms:

  • Exhaustion
  • Cravings for sweets
  • Bad breath
  • White coat on the tongue
  • Brain fog
  • Hormone imbalance
  • Joint pain
  • Loss of sex drive
  • Chronic sinus and allergy issues
  • Digestive problems (gas and bloating)
  • Weak immune system
  • UTI

Candida overgrowth is the most common cause of fungal infections. The picture above shows signs of Myelin Formations, which I find often in my client’s Live Blood Cell Audits, and are often related to fungal issues. When candida overgrows, it destroys the mucosal lining on our intestines causing a leaky gut, which is the underlying cause of many people’s health challenges. It is better to stop this from happening before it occurs, but unfortunately, as I have seen in doing many Live Blood Cell Audits, mostly everyone has these fungal issues.

The good news!!…

We can break down this excess candida with some of these suggestions.

What to do?? Here are some simple solutions to get started:

1. Limit your carbohydrate intake to 30% or less of your caloric intake.

Poor assimilation of foods, especially carbohydrates can also cause of fungus to grow in the body. A high carbohydrate diet feeds into these fungal signs allowing them to multiply.

  1. Eat your greens, protein, and healthy fat!

Make sure to eat plenty of green vegetables, green juices, and protein because this will balance your blood sugar and help to eliminate sugar cravings. Depending on whether you are a fast or slow oxidizer on your Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, you will discover how much fat you need to consume as well. Healthy fat will also help to fight sugar cravings.

2. Megadose Candida Plus and Custom Probiotics Acidophilus and Bifidus for at least 3-6 months & do a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis to customize a heavy metal detox plan

When taken throughout the day (assuming the proper diet), these supplements have drastically shown to break down the excess candida. Toxic metals like mercury are linked to an overgrowth of these pathogenic organisms and can be the root of the overgrowth getting rid of them too is important in a candida detox.

3. Continue detoxing after

As a result of the chemtrails, drinking dirty water, an improper diet, stress, etc, we are constantly bombarded with toxins. Once a person gets to a baseline of health, as seen in healthy blood in a Live Blood Cell Audit and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis a maintenance program is necessary to keep the body clean from the continual bombardment of toxins.

***Make sure to have a qualified health practitioner guide you through any intense detox program to minimize the healing crisis.

If you suspect you may have candida overgrowth, it’s important to speak with a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Ignoring candida overgrowth can lead to serious health complications, especially if it spreads to other parts of the body.

In summary, candida overgrowth can cause a range of health problems and is often caused by factors such as antibiotic use, diet, immune system disorders, hormonal imbalances, and stress. A cleanse diet, along with other treatments such as antifungal medications, probiotics, and supplements can be effective in treating candida overgrowth. If you experience symptoms of candida overgrowth, it’s important to seek medical attention to prevent complications.
