I tuned the back Root Chakra ❤️ which is at the base of the spine and has to do with feeling safe and secure, your home life, and family.
To be healthy and for the body and mind to heal themselves, you have to feel safe and secure. If you are not, get to that place ASAP.
Some of us are actually safe and secure but live through a lens of past stress or trauma, so the body is not able to ever fully rest and rejuvenate.
Tuning the root chakra should make you feel safer, stable, and grounded, therefore helping your nervous system be in a place where it can be more at peace 🕊️ versus on fire 🔥. In this grounded state, you should not only sleep better but be able to heal faster too.
